LG warms up to OLED, gears up to sink some cash into it {Engadget HD}

Jun 28th 2008 7:12PM Sony was the first to both bring out an OLED TV and to announce a major investment in the technology. This is an obvious next step for any of its competitors in the field. The question is who will be the first with a decent size OLED panel that can be used as the main TV in a home.

Consumer Reports tests the Sony XEL-1 OLED TV {Engadget HD}

Apr 25th 2008 10:46AM Well, the XEL-1 is the beginning of a revolution in flat panel TV. I guess CR decided to educate it's readers on OLED technology. Wait about 3 years and we'll see more reviews on appropriate sized OLED models.

Room for one more? Panasonic wiggles into OLED TV game {Engadget}

Apr 25th 2008 9:08AM I like the way you're thinking Wendy. Not much SED news lately though. Please contact me if you have any recent news. Thanks. By the way, if SED didn't rhyme with DEAD, would we have such negativity on that particular technology?

Room for one more? Panasonic wiggles into OLED TV game {Engadget}

Apr 25th 2008 8:51AM The more competition the better. Maybe I'll be able to buy one of these in 3 or 4 years for something approaching a reasonable price.

Feb 10th 2008 9:30PM I've found that shared hosting from Hostmonster or Hostgator has been sufficient for my needs. Reseller hosting typically costs twice as much as the Yahoo deal but you generally get what you pay for.

Samsung to show 31-inch OLED TV at CES? {Engadget HD}

Dec 15th 2007 12:36AM I'm guessing that it will be at CES and there will be no price tag. If Toshiba can't manufacture them cheap enough, how long will it take Samsung to put one in stores? I was booked to check out the SED TV at CES2007 and look what happened with that. I'll believe it when I can walk out of Best Buy with one for under $10,000. Not my $10,000 of course...
