Bluetooth: the Next Big Thing? {Engadget}

Feb 21st 2008 9:57PM Phew, good job the N73 "completely" takes video, I was worried it only half took video like all these other half-assed "no-kia" phones out there. Thanks clueless no name lady who I have never heard of, you have truly made my day.

Also, why did nobody tell me they had invented technology to walk around my house using my cell phone!!!??? I've been sitting on my ass in one spot like a chump, this segment changed my life..

NDrive's G400 PND knows when you're one sip over the line {Engadget}

Feb 21st 2008 9:10PM AGAIN!? Jesus Engadget, grow a damn brain!!

" Other then the built-in breathalyzer, we assume this GPS nav does all the usual things PNDs do..."

Come on, seriously, that's twice in one day, how about a bit of proof reading?

Rock Band standalone drum kit now shipping in US and Canada {Engadget}

Feb 21st 2008 7:59PM Sorry to be the grammar/spelling nazi a-hole here but read this sentence again. If you can't find anything wrong with it, drown yourself.

"Harmonix is now shipping the Rock Band Drum Kit to stores in the US and Canada, just a little bit later then we'd heard"

Rinspeed's sQuba becomes submersible, ridiculous reality {Engadget}

Feb 14th 2008 8:31PM I havent seen the video yet because I'm at work but based on the 83 photos I just looked at, I'm calling shenanigans. There isnt a single photo in that set that couldnt have been by some old dude with a Lotus Elise, a $50 hooker and 3 hours of photoshop experience.

If it's real, why do they not provide some realistic looking pictures?

Video: 82-inch 4K Sony prototype display gets showcased {Engadget HD}

Feb 13th 2008 8:51PM *Sigh* Please check YOUR math. 1080p is 1920x1080 resolution but we don't call it 2073600, do we? In this case 4k x 2k is read as "four thousand BY two thousand" and refers to the pixel count.

The resolution on this bad boy is 4096x2160 and it is commonly refered to as "4K" resolution.

AirMail: the manila folder MacBook Air sleeve gets real {Engadget}

Jan 17th 2008 10:59PM Haha, you're already cocky if you bought a MBA, why not be proud of it?

(Note: NOT mocking the MBA, I will probably be buying one soon.)

Robot goes bowling, gets angry {Engadget}

Jan 17th 2008 9:45PM Awww, youtube?? Lame.

(It's blocked at my work..)

PSP / PS2 hacked to support Bluetooth headsets {Engadget}

Jan 16th 2008 7:38PM Mmmm, a complicated hack with multiple connections, wires and adapters working together and adding bulk or 3ft of wire going stright from your PSP to your ears?

I know which one I'd choose..

That's right, I'd choose to keep my dignity and not buy a PSP.

Way too much Apple coverage at Macworld -- it's all here {Engadget}

Jan 16th 2008 2:34AM Well, when that one company is Apple, one of the biggest names in consumer electronics in the world at the moment then yes, one company does equal half CES.

Come on, people, this is macworld. The REASON they have their own event is because they are big enough to and enough people want to hear about it. If the majority of people didnt care, they would vote with their feet and Steve Jobs would stand talking to four die-hard mac fanboys in some squatty hotel confrence room. As it happens, a lot of people care, THAT's why they get so much coverage.

You all think you're so cool talking about how you dont wanna hear about apple. Well shut up, seriously, you think engadget cares? The traffic on the site today has been so high it crashed 2 AOL servers and you think they're gonna stop covering cuz you PMS a bit? Ha! Engadget probably made more money from their advertising today than you have made in your life so shut up and suck it up. Or go away if you dont like it.
