Borderlands devs heading out for midnight launches in Texas {Joystiq}

Oct 16th 2009 11:22AM I hope so, but I have a bad feeling this one is going to turn out as a bit of a disappointment.

I really do want this to be good though as we need a quality post-apocalyptic game that is a bit more action oriented than Fallout 3. This game reminds me of the Mad Max universe so that seems great too.

I hope that I am wrong about it being a disappointment!!

Oct 8th 2009 4:30PM The stylus is the main reason I can't stand the ds. the iPod touch is much more fun in my opinion. Wish we could get a portable with the touch of the iPod and the controls of the DS or PSP. That would be the best of both worlds!

Aug 12th 2009 10:11PM For all of you out there just throwing around the word "lame", it is a derogatory word towards people with disabilities and you need to stop using it. Every time you "That's so lame" you are offending people with disabilities.

Impressions: Civilization Revolution on iPhone {Joystiq}

Aug 10th 2009 1:50PM I own both an Ipod and the PSP and I prefer to game on the Ipod. It provides a quicker fix and if I want to spend any time on a game there is almost certainly a better console version of any decent game for the PSP. I love a few PSP games, like loco roco that I can't play anywhere else, but most of the games on the PSP are cheap ports of console games and jrpg games that I could care less about.

I thought gaming on the touch would be weird without buttons too, but it is not. Some games that use the touchscreen to simulate thumbsticks and buttons I avoid. There are plenty of games that have unique touch based interfaces that I have found a few gems. I prefer the quick nature of these games as well so I can just jump in, play, and jump back out within the time it might take me just to get started playing on the psp.

Tour de France 2009: The Official Game pedals onto Xbox Live {Joystiq}

Jul 15th 2009 9:39AM The only thing that could make this game even remotely fun WOULD be a fake plastic bike.

Down for the count: Players report Fight Night Round 4 glitch {Joystiq Xbox}

Jun 25th 2009 5:23PM Aw c'mon guys, stop your whining. It just woudn't feel right without a game-breaking bug surfacing on the release date of a major EA sports title. That's half the fun ;)
