Jun 15th 2009 12:49PM I am wondering the same thing. Most likely if you pre ordered you will have to wait in line with all the other people who pre ordered. I'm hopping they will not sell pre order's to people who did not pre order, but I don't know. I mean we didn't pay for the phone yet so it might not make a difference if you pre ordered or not.

May 6th 2009 2:12PM Amazon has got it wrong! The kindle DX looks great, but the price is a JOKE.
They should have dropped whisper net, made it WiFi only and lowered the price to $200.
They would have cleaned up at universities.
There is not need for whisper net. Almost every campus is wireless already and if its not, whisper net probably isn't available any ways.

Feb 2nd 2009 1:15PM I should say Clear wire (sprint) only has WiMax in Chicago. There are other WiMax prodivers in the USA but they are way smaller and might not work with all WiMax devices

Feb 2nd 2009 1:10PM I liked my ocean when it came out, but lack of updates and iphone price drop lead me to jump ship.
There are definitely features I miss moving to the iphone, but ocean 2 is not enough to have come back.

What does WiMax have to do with VOIP, WiMax is a new wireless protocol and is only available in Chicago right now You don't need WiMax to do VOIP. You can do it over any data network if the provider allows it and has an app.
