-Sony Computer Entertainment is based in Japan, which is much closer to Australia than the USA where Xbox is based out of.
-It was originally announced as a PS3 exclusive and wasn't changed on a Take 2 press release.
-The head of team bondi used to work for Sony London.
Will this game also being on Xbox, make me enjoy it less? No.

Sep 17th 2008 7:42PM I think this is the year fifa will take the crown back. After playing the demo, the gameplay is no longer inferior. You also get the usual fifa perks like graphics and licensed teams. I'll wait till I try a PES demo, but I'm almost sold.

Sep 17th 2008 7:29PM Last time I checked Greek mythology is free domain. I agree there are similarities between the two, but this author would need a very talented barrister to win this claim.
Also for those of you thinking why wasn't this filed three years ago, it probably was. Most legal action especially involving business takes longer then what you see on Judge Judy.

Sep 10th 2008 6:56PM This is one of those details I didn't want to know about. Now I'm expecting my main character to die and I no longer get the surprise of still playing.
I'm shocked that the Sony PR people aren't all over this developer. Usually they're the ones dictating when devolopers can talk about certain features or not.

I'm not in the UK and have no desires to be a game developer. However this is a great opportunity for jobseekers and the end result should be even more quality levels from the UK.
