DS Fanboy Review - Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff {DS Fanboy}
Nov 26th 2008 3:37PM There is one omission that is worth mentioning....In the play select menu there is no way to see what yard line you are on which can be a big problem when deciding if you want to kick a field goal or not...

Nintendo fesses up to DS Lite hinge defect, will fix for free {Engadget}
Nov 3rd 2008 7:57PM Just adding another DS with a cracked left hinge. I have model number usg-001 purchased in August of 2006. They gave me a price of $75 plus shipping to fix it. It is still usable for now so I am not willing to pay that much to fix it. I just hope it doesn't get to the point of being unusable. I'm wondering, how have DS Lite's been holding up with the crack?

TWC gets official with Navigator rollout in Raleigh, NC: hands-on {Engadget HD}
May 1st 2008 5:49PM Stick with the one you have. From what I remember, it was much better than the new one though I think I've gotten used to some of the quirks with it by now.
TWC gets official with Navigator rollout in Raleigh, NC: hands-on {Engadget HD}
May 1st 2008 5:46PM For a show that is currently recording (or one that has already been recorded) you can just push the play button when you're in the menu as opposed to your round about way of doing it.
On a different note, one thing that baffles me is when you are watching something that has been recorded it sometimes shows what minute you are at (preferred), sometimes shows the word "playback" (i think thats it), and sometimes shows nothing. There doesn't seem to be any reason for when it does what that I have figured out.
