Sep 23rd 2008 3:18PM You left out, no 3.5mm port, no A2DP, no video recording, no flash, no mirror to see what you're taking, no local sync, no exchange, and a 300mhz(single core?) processor. But I guess it is open source. I'm sticking to WinMo.

Sep 23rd 2008 1:56PM Get lost, there are plenty of good bluetooth headphones. Platronics has nice ones with great battery life and great sound quality. You can also get something like the Sony lanyard and connect any headphone you want, I use my Shure. Not having a 3.5mm port is forgivable if it had AD2P but you shouldn't be without both. Consider 99% of all phone on the market now include one or the other. I guess Google wanted to be that 1%.

Forbes: GTA IV poses threat to Wii {Joystiq}
May 5th 2008 5:48PM LAWL, what you state is a small probability and not the norm. The percentage of Wii turnover to PS3/GTA is probably no more than 1%, and that's being generous. That's me saying, in terms of the 25M Wii console sold worldwide, 250K will jump ship.
Even if your arguement warrant a counter, I can tell you, alot of people are trading in their PS3, so that they can play, Brawl, Mario Kart, Wii Fit, Zelda, etc.
Net gain from both side, probably zero.

May 5th 2008 1:54PM aristokrat, I think your logic is a bit off. As with all games, they have X amount of gameplay value. Regardless if you consider the Wii Fit a game or a fitness machine, it will offer you X amount of gameplay value just like any other game. Now the question is, replay value. Just like Wii Sport, some people call it a gimmick, some people swear by it to help them get exercise, but really, it's a matter of the individual who's playing it.
A different point, I own a Wii, Xbox 360, and a gaming PC. I can tell you for the past year or so, my xbox 360 has been collecting dust and my Wii gets regular play. As both a casual gamer and a hardcore gamer, I find the Wii is better fit for my casual gaming and my computer is better fit for my handcore gaming. Unfortunately, I think the 360 and PS3 fall in between, so it finds little use. Games like GTAIV would be superior on PC, so I'll wait for the PC version.

Apr 17th 2008 4:56PM I think the two square above each speakers are IR emitters. So you may not need a sensor bar afterall.
