Jan 30th 2009 10:38PM I guess no one caught the only good thing in the whole episode. Lana's physical trainer is non other than Carter Hall, HAWKMAN !
The necklace was the HAWKMAN symbol and Lana even calls him Carter, for me it saved an other wise bad episode.
