Mar 7th 2007 9:09PM I lost 40 lbs in the last 12 months. I run/walk 3 miles on the treadmill 3-5 times a week. I have gone 9 miles since Monday and feel great. All it took was a minor chance in diet ... no fast food, healthy frozen dinners, and protein shakes. Keep it up! I'm down to 184 from 225-230.
