Nov 29th 2006 7:15PM Having used this company's laptop sleeve, I can vouch for their amazing quality, attention to detail, and tremendous customer support. Not only did the company's president email us directly with the laptop sleeve's status, it was a personal email rather than form letter. If you purchase a sleeve and after using it, decide to have an optional feature added, they charge you exactly the same as though it was an original option to retrofit your product! The sleeve qualities are top notch and custom fit to your model of laptop - so I can definitely understand the appeal of this DSLite case!
