outside of VZW, the phones carry their own names, like the Motorola Milestone (Droid) and the HTC Hero (Droid Eris).

Aug 28th 2009 10:14PM here in Brazil, there's one rating system for movies, television and video games (including mobile games).
on the other hand, there are no games on the iTunes App Store, since the government has to rate every video game sold here (but it can't ban a game. if a game is banned, it's the Congress's fault.)

Aug 27th 2009 1:50PM that's Time Warner, the content company. Time Warner Cable was spun-off some time ago, but they still use the Time Warner name under license by Time Warner (Warner Music Group is also a former Time Warner company using the Warner name under license).
