Just watched the ad and I didn't see anything about a person dropping a call. The ATT customer never had his phone to his ear and they clearly said "3G coverage" when referring to the ATT guy, never once mentioning or alluding to dropping a call. In fact, all vzw ever mentions in this commercial is 3G coverage, never voice coverage. I really don't see how there is a lawsuit here...

I used to think the same thing. Your brain gets used to a keyboard where you can't feel the buttons just as easy. I can type on the storm with only a couple glances on the tougher words.
Also, just like to second that 5.0 is an awesome os. I didn't start using the storm until the 5 beta, so I honestly have no idea what people's problems are with the storm...it works great for me. I know a lot of people got burned, but that's not the case anymore.

I pay $82/month for 450 minutes / unlimited data / 500 text (unlimited vzw-to-vzw) / insurance. I would imagine you get some sort of price break for family. I believe I saw somebody say he has a family plan for two people @ $135/month

Oct 23rd 2009 4:49PM Sorry, that's the way the dumba$$ sales rep at vzw described the plans to me. He said that since BB required web to function with updates, they cut customers a break and made the plan $30 instead of the $45 for unlimited on smart phones. Apparently, he either didn't know shit or just flat-out lied to me...either way, good to know I can consider android phones now :-)
