Apr 30th 2008 12:09PM The fact that we are locked to TWC is exactly the reason we get everything last. In Brooklyn and Queens, more people can install a dish, so TWC has to compete there. Most manhattan buildings won't let you, so there is no competition. Even if Fios turns out to be the worst, most expensive cable TV around, I will switch the day it is offered just out of spite for TWC.

Apr 23rd 2008 4:31PM I can't stand TWC. They have no competition where I live, so they are in no rush to give us new channels. I live on an island called Manhattan in a little town called New York City. Maybe you've heard of it. There are millions of us trapped, just waiting for FIOS or anyone else to give us a choice. Most apartments won't let you install a dish and the only other company out there is RCN which somehow manages to be worse that TWC
