Dec 20th 2007 3:52PM This is probably for keeping track of outbreaks of a disease known as Scrapie, which is basically "Mad Sheep Disease." If you find an affected animal, you can track exactly where it's been and what other animals it has been in contact with.

Feb 7th 2007 4:28PM LPG and LNG are different things. LPG is mostly propane and butane: the stuff you get to run your barbecue in little steel tanks. LNG is mostly methane and requires cryogeninc cooling in order to remain a liquid.
