Engadget HD Review: Panasonic PT-AX100U {Engadget HD}

Dec 12th 2006 2:23PM One big downside is Panasonic's one year warrenty. My PT-AE700U just died after 18 months (not the bulb) so I am rather reluctant to invest in them again. Sony and Mitsubishi both have 2 years while Sanyo does 3 year. Why is Panasonic afraid to stand behind their products?
