T-Mobile G1 gets early user review {Engadget}
Oct 10th 2008 9:51AM I wonder why you need to have a 3G connection for apps to run smoothly, shouldnt you have full access to applications without having to report to the google mothership? What happens when you have no coverage, does that mean no apps?
T-Mobile G1 has push Gmail with Google Talk presence {Engadget}
Sep 23rd 2008 2:19PM Well first we had isheep now we have gdroids, still the same hype believing, kool-aid drinking clueless fanboys. Pathetic looking phone, abysmal 1GB data cap, no A2DP, Google collecting all your data - I detest apple but I would take an iphone over this rubbish. Fortunately I dont have to settle for the iphone either as I use the copy & paste wielding WM OS on my Samsung Omnia.
T-Mobile G1 has push Gmail with Google Talk presence {Engadget}
Sep 23rd 2008 11:18AM Err, so what if you dont actually use Gmail? And what is it about giving Gmail push capability that makes it a killer app??!!
T-Mobile G1 (or whatever it's called) takes in some fresh air {Engadget}
Sep 19th 2008 1:22PM You only have to look at HTC's other offerings, the Diamond, Touch Pro, Touch HD, original Touch, even old devices like the Jam to see that this phone in comparison looks like something from the toy section in the Argos catalogue. It may not be hideous but for the first device to be running Android which is also to be T-Mobile's flagship 3G device it falls way short on looks which is a large part of any handsets appeal.
Most people arent going to be looking to hack and play around with the OS but will use it as is, maybe with a few additional apps bought from the online store but if the device does not look attractive in the first place who would want to buy one apart from the techie crowd?

Aug 20th 2008 2:51PM I dont know why you dont have the courage to say you love apple and the iphone and have no time for alternatives, at least you would be being honest. How many WM devices are there in existence, yet this was never considered before the iphone came out? Or did noone ever visit this biased site before the iphone was released. Really sad to see the sheep mentality starting to pervade every facet of life nowadays.
Screenshots of iPhone Nike+ running app emerge, we're out of breath already {Engadget}
Aug 19th 2008 9:16PM So is this another of the great innovative iphone apps that should persuade us to buy an iphone or are they still to come? Amazing what the pleases the isheep.
Samsung Omnia review {Engadget Mobile}
Aug 18th 2008 3:30PM 2 very poor reviews. engadet seem oblivous to the other features on the Omnia and mobileburn are so incompetent they are say the Omnia doesnt support speed dial, which is supported in WM's native dialler which Samsung uses with its own skin. Pathetic so called journalism
T-Mobile 3G is live in Vegas, baby {Engadget}
Aug 6th 2008 3:07PM Quite a lot of morons posting here, European and American. Bottom line is, T-Mobile is the last US carrier to deploy 3G on a large scale so for their customers this is a big deal. If you get 10Gazzilion Mbps on your at&t or Euro Voda, O2 or T-Mobile service thats grand. However that means nothing to the audience this press release is intended for and who would rightly be interested in this news.
On another note its really something to see all the whiners from the US. When T-Mo didnt have 3G everyone was moaning, saying they were behind. Now they are starting to deploy their 3G everyone is still moaning, saying they are late. Especially is you are not on T-Mobile what exactly is your problem with T-Mobile's 3G? If you are not on their network how does this affect you? If you are on their network and you want 3G service why are you still with them? Why not have a bit of backbone and actually do something, like switch to another carrier??!!!
Sony's profits drop drastically this quarter, 'Spider-Man 4' needed badly {Engadget}
Jul 29th 2008 12:45PM That'll learn 'em, payback for the rootkits they gave to the world! Sooner they go out of business the better.
Nielsen VideoScan High-Def market share for week ending July 13th, 2008 {Engadget HD}
Jul 18th 2008 11:56PM Dont get carried away and announce the death of DVD just yet. Sales increased by over 7% and total spending is just over $8 million? Why dont you release actual unit sales numbers which actually tell the amount of discs sold rather than all these blown up percentage figures? With even sony now jumping on the downloads bandwagon with the ps3 and even their tv's its hard to see any average user willing to pay the high prices for br discs and players.
