Aug 2nd 2006 5:13PM While I agree completely agree that a small difference in picture quality is not the deciding factor. I couldn't read any farther when you brought up the comparison between Beta and VHS because Beta was more expensive then VHS and therefore you're comparison of a more expensive better quality system to a less expensive better quality system is kind of useless. I was assuming that HD DVD would win on price alone but now that it has better quality too??? I definately won't decid till second generation players come out and ofcourse market forces is the only thing that will decide which wins but this arguement you're making doesn't make any sense at all.

Jan 27th 2006 1:02AM When I read the title I thought it was going to be a wmce set top box. Thats what wmce needs! I hate the fact that there is no way to get a smallish set top box with a tv tuner built in I want on screen guides!

Jan 20th 2006 2:13AM That isn't a fair statement at all to movie theators. A movie theator has to pay for the movie to show it at their theator. They have to pay for the risk where the makers don't have any risk at all. They know they'll have a sale. I like the immediete release but lets not go pointing fingers when what theators are doing it prudent.
