Dec 19th 2007 10:07PM True, but not all TV's can support 1080p via VGA. $90 seems adequate instead of forking out $1500 for an HD set that will give Full HD via VGA!

Dec 19th 2007 10:02PM Only if your TV VGA port supports 1080p. Most do not so it will make a difference. Besides, VGA is over glorified analog, not true digital.

Dec 19th 2007 6:25PM Yeah it does, but now you can get the HD DVD add-on for $129 and have your old DVD's upconvert. You will never be able to view 1080p over component cables if you get the HD DVD player. In other words, if you want to experience Full HDTV and your TV supports 1920X1080 resolutions, and you have an original xbox, this is the port for you.....bring it on baby!!!!!!
