Nov 13th 2008 10:00PM I can not recall the last time I saw a log in queue on Exodar... I think this is the first time as Exodar was a new realm for BC.
sitting at 330 now after 15 min says another 30 to go amazing... I made a death knight of course Mortu a gnome... Of Course
3.0.2 for Feral Druids {WOW Insider}
Oct 14th 2008 11:06AM I have been (over the last week) levelling some classes I have never played before (have just the one 70 a beast-master hunter) they are all caster classes in there 20s and so far the 24 N Elf druid is the most fun.
Is there any advice on a good levelling spec under 3.x? I have been playing with Feral the most so far after finding that Restoration was tougher as a solo low level... Am I right that that is still the best solo levelling spec?
cheers

Shifting Perspectives: New Druid Leveling - 6 through 10 {WOW Insider}
Jan 3rd 2008 9:47AM I too spent a few hours yesterday taking a Nelf to 11 (Ulst of Exodar) after reading these. Y present a very logical and well thought out way to learn a new class. I have never played anything but a Hunter (Duart of Exodar) (well I have a Gnome Rogue at lev 8 for a bank alt (MDrysdale of Exodar) but that really does not count)
I was wondering if I was right in my guess that the early talent points should go into Furor? I would think that as we learn to use the Bear form that chance of getting 10 rage early in the fight would help in learning to use Maul.
Apple releases Hard Drive Update 1.0 for iMac and Mac Pro {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

I also have a Sept 06 3 Ghz Mac Pro and it also says that it is not needed for my machine. I wonder why our older Mac Pros do not need this update.
Brewfest is still a bugfest {WOW Insider}
Oct 4th 2007 7:17PM What was odd for me on the Exodar server is that I had no problem with the Barker yesterday it would shout out as I raced past each flag and also no problem with the timer on it, if I took the short cut back to the tent. But today the quest was bugged and the shout was not being triggered. so the hot fix broke it on Exodar for me anyway.

PS: I was able to do the pink Ellek quest again though. Worked yesterday and worked today
Forum post of the day: What do you do with 12k gold? {WOW Insider}
Sep 10th 2007 7:36PM I would love to know your secret for selling the Hyacinth Macaw I have had mine for sale in the alliance AH on Exodar for a month with no luck.
I first tried the Auctioneer pricing (based on 6 sold I think) of 245/336 and I keep dropping it each week (now at 199/ as the open price) but no interest. I guess Exodar has no market for exotic pets at lev 47 and wanting to drop skinning and take up toy making I could sure use the gold as this is my first toon on WoW

Jul 19th 2007 8:09PM I was wondering (speaking of old content) why the handsome "airport" behind Ironforge (and the Ironforge under that it is linked to) has never been made a part of the active game and included in the local quests. Yes it looks great when your bird swoops over it, But it is fully populated with NPCs( I spotted a pet trainer the last over-flight) and a huge amount of work went into it. So does anyone know why it has never been used?

DirecTV's newest satellite set to launch on June 20th {Engadget HD}
May 11th 2007 8:36PM Xyzzy, that is exactly my concern... I have 2 of the HR10-250s one of which cost me a lot of $$$ as an early adopter... I have been a TIVO fan since they sold the first DirecTVIO and I was one of the first 100 homes in New England to have DirecTV So I think I qualify as a loyal customer. I can run the HR10s in my sleep the interface is so 2ed nature to me
All that said if my only option for more HD programming from DirecTV is having to replace the HR10s with the downright nasty (a neighbour has one Or rather he has had about 4 or 5 before he got one that is marginally useful just as Tim P has said in these comments) HR20s ... if things like the History Channel are also on my Time Warner digital cable this fall then I will be ending my long relationship with the satellites and I too will be getting a series 3 TiVo if it can be made to work well with Time Warner... I have one of Time Warners DCT 6412 III DVR boxes and a TiVo it is NOT! so if I go 100% Cable I will have to find a way to do it with a TiVo of some sort
