Sep 17th 2009 1:30PM This is also happening to mine. I did find that if I let it go to blank screen by itself instead of pressing the lock button to go to blank screen it doesn't seize up. Holding down the lock and home button for a second has always been the way to take screen shots.

Feb 20th 2008 5:01PM I don't think it's about scratching the truck bed. It's more about rust. When you scratch the paint it exposes metal which will rust and eat your bed over time.
