That logo says universal music group. They are different companies. When GE bought Universal from Vivendi, GE did not want to buy the music division, they wanted the studios. I believe Vivendi still owns Universal Music Group.
So it is not the Universal that makes movies and tv shows.

Dec 11th 2006 8:26PM Let us not forget about HP. They are putting HD-DVD drives in their notebooks and desktops now. The desktop internal drive is going for $250 right now. Where is apple's and dell's blu-ray drives? Dell only has a notebook with blu-ray and its $3700.

Where can I get HD direct downloads? Are you talking full length movies? I can only get HD downloads for trailers and mariposahd. I haven't found HD direct downloads for full length movies yet.

Nov 6th 2006 12:18PM Sony execs can not get them unless they buy them. If they receive it as a gift then it is illegal. This was the same with Microsoft. Steve Balmer and Peter Moore talked about it when they couldn't get 360's for their kids. It's because of Sarbanes Oxley and other laws.
