Sep 14th 2009 1:13PM @ iccassidy, its hard to disagree with you, they don't look like most of today's 'futuristic' BD-players. But i have to say, i would rather they match the rest of my AV equipment.
With that in mind, i would rather not have my AV receiver or other components look like most of today's 'futuristic' players. They should be Black, with Dull lighting. I'm watching the TV, not my components.

I wish Energy Star would rethink their Logo.
If i look at a Fridge from 2002, and a TV from 2010, they are the same.
They need to start putting down the Tier Number and Year.
Companies aiming to get this E* logo don't get the credit they deserve when they actually create a greenER product.
