2012 GT500 to feature 500 horsepower, twin-turbo "Coyote" V8, or not? {Autoblog}

Oct 1st 2009 1:55PM The earlier Cobra's had alumnium 4.6 block, but these were replaced with iron blocks when they started to supercharge them. The aluminum blocks (apparantly) could not handle the power reliably. As pointed out, in addition to the iron block, the GT500 weight is addded by the supercharger, intercooler, extra belts, forged heavy duty rods and pistons, extra cooling fluids, bigger transmission, cooling systems, bigger brakes, bigger wheels and tires, etc. etc. etc.

Tivo and Netflix: Another useless video product {BloggingStocks}

Oct 30th 2008 8:34AM There is a market for movies other than the most recent blockbuster drivel. This is what drives the Netflix model: choice, choice and choice. I have been an avid Netflix user for many years, and will continue to do so. The coax will reattach to my house only when I am gone. Also satellite will have to deliver on demand over the internet, as it already does. A Netflix, TIVO, DirecTV partnership would go far against cable.

Rendered Speculation: how will you tune the Camaro? {Autoblog}

Sep 5th 2008 1:52PM That is not a tune. That is pimping. A tune makes the car go faster, handle better, or stop shorter. That crap does nothign useful.

Palm Treo 800w revealed? {Engadget}

Oct 24th 2007 11:00AM Thick? Maybe. I beleive the Treo 755 is the thinnest touchscreen device on the market with a full keyboard. It is easy to be thin without a touchscreen. Only the iPhone is slimmer with a touchscreen.

Finding the Perfect Jogging Stroller {ParentDish}

Jun 7th 2007 12:27PM Actually you can probably get by at around $150.

Finding the Perfect Jogging Stroller {ParentDish}

Jun 7th 2007 12:24PM Go to www.joggingstrollers.com for lots of info. A good jogging stroller will set you back well over $250, but it really needs to have a suspension, good shade and be as light as possible. A cheap stroller will be heavy and will not offer any suspension to cushion the ride over bumps.
