Exorbitant plan pricing, no unlimited data, store staff layoffs right before launch, and now this. How is this company still in business?

(BTW -- nobody calls it "the" West Edmonton Mall. It's either West Ed or West Edmonton Mall.)

We still need top notch programmers, but any business with a business model solely based on the purchase price of their software is barking up the wrong tree. *coughOFFICEcough*
