Amy Poehler gets her own Office? {TV Squad}

Jul 16th 2008 5:25PM Yeah, I'm sorry, but maybe to you the spin-off equals or is even great than the original, but her style of comedy does not jive with the kind of clever/sarcasm/irony that makes the Office great. If you'd like a different kind of show, then sure, maybe Amy Poehler will work out well, but to say that it will be better than the original is flawed logic... it will certainly be different.

Mac 101: Capture sharp screenshots {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Jul 4th 2008 3:41PM Yeah, what in the hell is this? How about y'all collaborate and put out a Mac 101 together once every week or two and make sure you check eachother's work out before it ships out... this is just lousy.

Missing Sync for iPhone: Windows Version {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Jun 26th 2008 9:42PM Couldn't you just have someone else put up the article then? I think this is totally a newsworthy item but why not have someone else write the news item who isn't financially tied with the product?

Discuss: Should 'Terminator 4' Go Into Production Right Before a Potential SAG Strike? {Cinematical}

May 9th 2008 2:41PM It made $150 million on a $187 million budget... every tent pole movie like this eventually turns the distributor a profit with the worldwide box office, dvd's, promotional tie-ins, etc, but Iron Man has a chance to be around $150 million before this weekend's results and Terminator 3 was a sequel to one of the most successful and acclaimed scifi movies of all time, so I question whether this deserves all the press. It'll make them their money, so I guess that's all that matters.

Discuss: Should 'Terminator 4' Go Into Production Right Before a Potential SAG Strike? {Cinematical}

May 8th 2008 11:03PM What's with all the coverage of this movie? T3 was a critical failure and didn't do fantastic commercially, I don't think people are clamoring all over this and I could easily list five of this year's sequels that have more audience excitement.

EXCLUSIVE: 'War, Inc.' Poster Premiere! {Cinematical}

Mar 25th 2008 3:40AM It's a hell of a cast except for... Hilary Duff. I don't know why studios think they can get away with surrounding a pop star with good actors and think people will seriously accept it. Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro are in a movie together soon... oh yeah, and 50 Cent is in it too. Think it's winning an academy award? Think anyone will remember that or this movie in a year?

DISH Network adding another 100 HD channels {TV Squad}

Jan 7th 2008 2:20PM How does an increase in HD channels from 76 to 100 constitute a title of "adding another 100 HD channels"?

Homer on Letterman - VIDEO {TV Squad}

May 22nd 2007 4:54AM Yeah, honestly, funniest top 10 in a while. That's the format Letterman does the top ten's in when someone else is reading them, so, uh.... yeah. Enjoyed it.

Entourage: Return of the King {TV Squad}

May 7th 2007 7:00AM Sorry... first line after the quote, I suppose, but that takes away all of the dramatic flair of my comment... oh well.

Entourage: Return of the King {TV Squad}

May 7th 2007 5:32AM Thank you for posting the resolution to last season's cliffhanger in the FIRST sentence of your post, TVSquad needs to sit down and decide how they're going to handle the fact that most people who take the time to read a tv-news website probably don't watch every program the moment it airs (tivo.... bittorented shows... itunes, heck, the VCR even). I mean, if you want to write about a major plot point, fine, but put it after the jump at least.... seriously, next time you overhaul the whole site think about more about the content and how you present plots to an audience that lives in 2007.
