In Rochester NY, for years and years TW was ahead of the game, often using Rochester as a test bed before rolling out new interactive technologies, digital cable, etc. to the rest of the world. Now they seem to be lagging behind. I letter sent to them asking about this... -- especially the unbelievably low number of HD on Demand choices (where some other cable providers have entire libraries on demand) got me a "sorry, and we don't have any firm plans for expansion" response.

Oct 10th 2006 2:39PM That would be great, as I am currently watching a season behiind since I can't stand to watch it in SD when I know that I will be able to watch it in HD the next season... It is getting more and more difficult to avoid spoilers... good thing I have no friends and live in a vacuum!
