Nov 12th 2009 6:44PM Downloading and uploading like crazy is not enough to hit 250gbs. Its almost impossible to download that much relevant data in a month. If you torrented 24/7 you probably couldnt do it because most torrents arent fast enough, I've never encountered a torrent that was 8gbs and finished in a day.

Nov 12th 2009 4:48PM Gamestop is nothing compared to Best Buy and Walmart. Gamestop makes all its money from used games because they screw the living hell out of people with trade-ins, they are not a major source of new sales. If they stopped selling new games then nothing would happen because they barely sell new games as it is.

Nov 12th 2009 4:35PM I was originally against this thinking it was one of the stupidest ideas ever, but all this talk about points has me thinking about how much I hate having to buy points just to buy the damn DLC. Points are a scam. There would be no way for Gamestop to force people to buy Live/PSN points before they could buy the DLC, they would have to sell the DLC plain at its normal price without the bullshit. I would actually be for it if it means I dont have to pay more money for a useless amount of extra points.
I would just have to decide what I hate more, points or Gamestop.
