TiVo comes to Canada, but lacks HD {Engadget HD}
Nov 26th 2007 12:43PM I just got TiVo HD here in Toronto. I use it for OTA channels and it's great, but there's a few glitches: no City HD, CTV HD, or CBC HD in the guide, and it freezes when I enter my Postal Code in the guided setup. I wonder if TiVo's gonna clean it up now that there's a little attention paid to us up here.

Nov 26th 2007 12:35PM I just got TiVo HD for OTA use. It's great, but there's a few channels missing in the guide (City HD, CTV HD, and CBC HD). I wonder if they're gonna add these now that more attention is being payed to Canada?

Nov 7th 2006 9:17PM Xbox 360 is not much more than what iTV will be ($299) and you can play games, stream live HDTV from a PC, and much more. I love Apple, but they gotta bring a little more when it comes to this area of digital entertainment. The new Xbox makes me want to buy one and a Vista Media Center as well. Blaspheme!
