Jan 28th 2008 5:28PM I wouldn't think the "must carry" rule implies they have to carry the HD version, just the SD, even when TV goes all digital.

Jan 28th 2008 1:00PM No CBS (sigh)? How can a cable company NOT have at least the major networks in HD? I have Charter in Connecticut and we're still waiting for ABC and CW (we do get CBS). My understand is that it has to do with the fact that ABC wants Charter to pay extra for the HD version while the other networks provide the HD feed for free (true?). Is this just a Charter problem or do lots of other cable providers skimp on networks? I'd rather have ABC than Mojo... or whatever other nitch crap they're adding next.
