Game Boy to Game Boy Pocket was 7 years - if you don't count Game Boy Pocket as a new model, it was 9 years between Game Boy and Game Boy Color.
It was then 3 years from Game Boy Color to Game Boy Advance.
Game Boy Advance to Game Boy Advance SP, if that counts, was two years. Game Boy Advance SP to Game Boy micro was two years.
Game Boy Advance to Nintendo DS was three years.

Oct 20th 2009 2:55PM In my experience (unless this has changed with Snow Leopard), you can't navigate DVD menus easily, because the volume meter pops up when you press up or down.

Oct 14th 2009 2:06AM I'd very much like a similar phone in the US - I often find myself with a low battery and nothing nearby but a window. I'm sure it wouldn't be my sole method of charging, but there are times when it would be helpful.
It has to be built in to the phone, because buying a solar charger requires me to plan my battery being low... if I were going to plan that, I would just charge it.

Oct 8th 2009 12:35AM Considering Gibson's current (or is it over) lawsuit against everyone involved with Guitar Hero and Rock Band, I doubt we'll see any Gibson- or Epiphone-branded guitars anytime (again) soon.
As much as I'd like the Casino, I doubt it will ever happen... though it would cover Paul, George, and John... interchangable headstock and a Bigsby option, if they wanted to get real creative...

Oct 5th 2009 12:47PM I hate to say it, because I hate bringing Apple into non-Apple topics, but my first reaction to that photo was that someone cut a MacBook Pro/PowerBook apart and re-assembled it.
Beyond that, I'm intrigued by this device... I may suggest it to several people I know.
