Aug 25th 2008 10:47PM You guys forgot to mention two disc version (for those that don't need the digital copy), disc three is just the digital copy. The 2 disc version is $5 cheaper. It’s also ironic that the picture you are using for this article shows the 2 disc version.

May 1st 2008 3:55AM At the moment I'm using a BD-RW in my HTPC. If I get a stand alone player it will be a profile 2.0. Not suprised that people are holding of buying stand alone players.

Apr 27th 2008 10:51PM A fuzzy image with crappy edge enhancement is not HD in my opinion. I think the photos they took when they originally landed on the moon look better than this.

Sep 5th 2006 1:12PM I have to agree until they consistently produce Blu-ray discs which are equal in quality to HD DVD discs then there is no point in comparing player prices. Even if Blu-ray players where half the price of HD DVD players I wouldn't buy one at this point in time. If Blu-ray wants to win the format war they need to produce better quality discs, not drop the price of the player.
