Nov 29th 2008 12:20PM Make the drums easier for noobs. People come over and want to play GH, but while the guitar can be understood in a few tries, the drums are impossible if they don't go through all of the training... It really just needs a no-fail mode for that instrument.

If you haven't gotten it, call 1-800-405-7520--after 14 weeks, I called them and they gave me a song and dance about how I was approved but they hadn't shipped and it would be another 6 weeks, bla bla bla. I was ready to write it off, but 8 days after that call the discs showed up.

Mar 7th 2008 1:12PM I just had a LONG chat with Amazon last night about their policy as compared to Circuit City's. After going through four agents about the possibility of an exchange, they said this: Amazon will not "issue special concessions or make return exceptions for HD DVD product issues that fall outside standard policy."
FYI "standard policy" might still be better than a $100 CDN credit--they won't issue credit, but you can return for a refund under their open-box/more-than-30-days policies. Maximum refund (not credit) is your purchase price less 20% restocking fee, with additional deductions for wear and/or missing pieces.
