Feb 1st 2009 1:39PM my Anthem processor has only one set of 5.1 channel analog inputs and no HDMI inputs. So for this scenario, the new Denon is great because you can get SACD in 5.1 format as well as BluRay, which needs 5.1 (or HDMI if your processor has it) to take advantage of Dolby TruHD/DTS HD.
