Time Warner, Viacom reach agreement; Bromance crisis averted {Engadget HD}

Jan 1st 2009 11:05AM I don't understand the big fuss. Some of those channels (Nick, Noggin, etc.) are the ONLY reason I even KEEP digital cable. It's the ONLY way there is something on for my son in the evening. Without those channels, my digital cable would be history. I think most people would rather pay another $.25 a month than lose those channels. Time Warner has no problem raising rates any other time-so why the big stink now? Oh, how I would LOVE to have Comcast Cable back!!
