Fanswag: Win Castle Crashers promotional castle and Barbarian figure {Xbox 360 Fanboy}

Aug 29th 2008 1:38PM What better way than to place it on a silver platter and parade it around the office.

OXM: Halo 4 in development by Gearbox {Xbox 360 Fanboy}

Aug 26th 2008 1:01PM We don't really need another Halo. We know MC doesn't die and Cortana keeps him in stasis. I liked it better thinking he was dead and that was the end of the franchise. Now we are open to all sorts of incantations of Halo crap from other developers trying to cash in on the cash cow. Halo is not Halo without Bungie behind it. We all know Microsoft has the rights to it and their track record for new releases of the same idea (Windows anyone... Windows 3.0 was the best they ever made everything after that has been a downward spiral) has been dismal at best. personally I hope they leave the whole MC out of things if they make a new halo series. Otherwise don't touch it, just let it die already.

Rumor: Xbox 540 (360 slim) in 2009? {Xbox 360 Fanboy}

May 12th 2008 10:38PM This looks like crap, and very unlikely to happen. As one other post pointed out, what about the hard drive? This is the only point one should be concerned with. IF there is a new design it will not be far from the original design to accommodate those customers that want the new less power hungry and less heat prone version. So the hard drive still has to connect to the unit. So I seriously doubt there will be any aesthetic changes to the box just a new heart transplant.
