Nov 25th 2008 3:46AM Turns out unfortunately no Indian delivery platform is HD ready, so the event will be produced in HD, but only transmitted in SD. Bummer - India will have to wait some more I guess!

Bold move for ESPN STAR to go ahead and produce in HD though - at least we can look forward to great archive action when HD does come to India. I hope some of the other broadcasters showing it around the world can show it in HD at least.
