Comcast to revamp congestion management policy by year's end {Engadget HD}

Oct 17th 2008 5:37PM all I can tell you that I don't like what you have done to my service. Your system is slower then ever.
It takes so long for a page to load that I thinking about going back to my old provider. I am not the
only one in my area that feels this way. Whats going on?
