AT&T launches U-verse services in Lubbock, Texas {Engadget HD}

Sep 10th 2008 8:19AM I am looking for an AT&T office in Lubbock where I can get a U.S. sim card for a Samsung telephone I purchased recently in Europe. The phone works there in Europe with the card I have in the phone, but not here. Can you help me find the office?
