Aug 7th 2007 4:49PM The US was supposed to be a country of free-thinkers... Ben Franklin, George Washington, John Adams, even the drafter of our constitution, Thomas Jefferson... They were all atheists/deists... and found Christianity, Islam, and most other religions to be both flawed and, plainly, ludicrous. If you wish to believe that the Earth is 6,000 - 10,000 years old, and that all modern human races formed within that time period, it is expected that you will be ignorant. It is a FACT that we evolved. I would bet my life on it.... Despite it being broadcasted as a theory, it is fact. The world would turn against science, i.e. logic, in an instant if that changed. People want to feel special, but the truth is that we are self-sustaining chemical reactions, nothing different from any other life-form on this planet - The sooner we realize this, the better. Homosexuals, in terms of the majority, have proven hormonal releases leading them to their own sex, as heterosexual people do towards their opposite. Many think it to be a natural form of population control. Nonetheless, they are no different from anyone else in this terribly flawed world. Someday, hopefully, religion will be gone, and we can live lives of health, prosperity, and unity as the races of humanity.
