Base = Minimum wage..

4 year degree? Base + 10 cents/hour
10 years retail experience? Base + 10 cents/hour
I quit the day that memo came out. I was making $10/hour, and they said I had to make less and to check off this list. In retrospect, I should have wiped my A$$ with the memo before quitting.
