I along with a number of my co-workers in the Raleigh-Durham area gave up on TimeWarner and have switched to Dish.
These 4 HD channel additions don't make me regret my decision at all.

If you want your iMac to look especially gorgeously styled & clean-looking, go for the wireless keyboard and mouse option - that will save all your USB ports for other things.
