Skate 2 to grind North American retail shelves January 21 {Joystiq}
Nov 25th 2008 6:15PM probably nothing. When Skate. first came out, EGM did an interview with the producer/showrunner/creator/whatever they're calling that position (maybe it was lead programmer). Anyway, they were talking about the improvements for sequels and what they couldn't do when they released Skate., but an important thing I noticed was that they explicitly said they hated what EA was doing with downloadable content, charging people money to download an item, and they stated that if they were ever going to release anything extra for Skate. or its successors, it would be for free.
Needless to say, it's been a year since Skate. has been released, and not a single downloadable item that cost money has been uploaded. (besides picture packs, but who seriously spends money on those) Skate. rocks! Will be pre-ordering this last week

It wouldn't even have to be a board game, it could be a room sized game, where you launch colored balls by stomping on an air pump that shoots a velcro ball towards the other end of the room, where a bunch of other velcro balls are already arranged. If it hits a group of two or more of the same color, you remove those balls.
