AT&T's U-verse scoots into Tulsa, Oklahoma {Engadget HD}

Jul 13th 2008 4:04AM I spoke to a manager for AT&T last night. He said it's kinda like the original DSL rollout. But even more restrictive on the distance your home is from thier equipment. He said the system has to pump about 65megs of bandwidth to ou in order to accommodate the full package.
It runs on fiber optics to the "substation; then just via copper wire to your property.
