Jul 10th 2008 12:14AM Being stationed here is a pain in the ass when it comes to HD TV. As for MCV delivering on this promise is a more or less wait and see. They just got digital cable a year or two ago... If it wasn't for the telephone company GTA offering some competition we would have never seen HDTV anywhere on "The Rock".
