Verizon's FiOS TV expansions: June 21, 2008 {Engadget HD}

Jun 21st 2008 11:54PM I am a long time Verizon subscriber. It is amazing how little Verizon really cares for their Customers. There is no "Live" interaction anymore, their normal business hours are Mon to Fri 8 to 6pm EST for Customer Service.

Guess what their Customers are up at 2am with an issue and no Live Customer Servioce until 8am EST.

Now the Cable guy is available 24/7 hmmm!!! who do I choose????
