Jun 3rd 2009 2:33PM Its not easy I read for a few days before I got it right. And I bricked one phone doing it. Before you do anything you will need to set up your SD card. After that I would push the app_s files listed in the Tutorial link.

You need to make sure you flash the new radio first, then new SPL, then the "Offical Hero With Rosie UI" not the "Hero Beta V4"

Jun 3rd 2009 11:28AM I just loaded it up on my G1 and it looks slick, and the widgets are great. It runs a bit slower, but I can deal with that.
