"according to spokesperson Charlie Douglas. A user's history has nothing to do with it...it identifies the heaviest current users of the system based on their last few minutes of use"

Aug 15th 2008 6:16AM My next DVD to ship says that it's "Shipping Wednesday." I don't know if this is one of the errors connected to the bug, but it shouldn't take (and never has taken) a week for them to ship a DVD.
