Nov 5th 2008 6:31PM xvids, and divx both work on the 360 out of the box with windows 7. I'm getting a lot of use out of it already. I have video on my mkvs after installing coreavc, etc but no audio. I have a feeling I'll get the audio working some way soon...
Windows 7 looks like a pretty big upgrade over vista so far.
