Wilmington, NC to become first test market for 2009 analog shutoff {Engadget HD}

May 8th 2008 8:18PM Wilmington does have a CW station, it's on Digital Cable channel 911...which is where it's been for the past year....to year and a half, if not longer. But a person who doesn't have TWC.. or who doesn't subscribe to anything more than Basic or Expanded Service with TWC, wouldn't see it unless they upgraded their service.
