The other issues is poor customer service and the fact that Charlie likes to cut channels during negotiations, which in turn hurts the customer because they are still paying for the channels, but can't view them. remember 8 years ago, viacom channels, outdoorlife (for us outdoors and nhl fans) the lifetime channels for those who enjoy that.
